Solar Farm Constructions Pty Ltd (Solar Farm Constructions (SFC) is a growing contractor specialising in foundations, piling, drilling, batching and mechanical installation for utility-scale solar farms across Australia. We work with tier-one EPCs and developers and are known for practical problem-solving, strong site execution and getting work done safely and efficiently in tough conditions.

We’re a fast moving, hands-on team that values initiative, common sense and people who take ownership. With a healthy pipeline of renewables work, we’re expanding our commercial team to support new and ongoing projects.

About the Role

This is an Expression of Interest, not a vacancy for an immediate position.

By submitting your application, you’ll be added to our talent pool for future General Labourer opportunities across our projects. As vacancies become available, we’ll review applications and contact candidates whose skills and experience best match our operational requirements.

As a General Labourer, you’ll support the construction of utility-scale solar farms by assisting with a variety of site-based activities. Every day is different, and you’ll work alongside experienced supervisors and tradespeople in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Duties may include:

• General site labouring and housekeeping.
• Assisting with the installation of solar farm infrastructure.
• Manual handling of materials and equipment.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Supporting plant operators and trades where required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.
• Following Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and company procedures.
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet project deadlines.

About You

We’re looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Are reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Can perform physically demanding work.
• Value teamwork and communicate respectfully with others.
• Have a strong commitment to safety.
• Hold a White Card (essential).
• Hold a current Australian Driver Licence (preferred).
• Previous construction, civil, labouring or solar experience is advantageous but not essential.
