Warlocks Gym HQ — Sydney
Shape the look and feel of Australia's fastest-growing strength gym brand.
This isn't a one-off fitout — it's the chance to design the look and feel of every future Warlocks Gym, from large-format clubs to boutique studios. You'll take spaces from a blank shell to a room members can't wait to train in, with the creative control, budget and backing to do it properly at scale. If you're ready to move beyond one-off projects and build a brand's physical identity from the ground up, this is that role
What You'll Do
● Lead interior architecture and design for new club builds and refurbishments across the
Warlocks network — from large-format "big box" gyms to boutique studios
● Develop layouts, finishes and fit-out specifications that balance brand identity, member
experience and functionality
● Work closely with franchisees, builders, contractors and suppliers to bring designs from
concept through to completion
● Visit project sites across Sydney (and occasionally interstate) to oversee delivery and quality
● Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines, from design through to opening day
What We're Looking For
● Qualified Interior Architect or Interior Designer with relevant tertiary qualification
● Experience designing large-format / "big box" fitness, retail or similar high-traffic commercial
spaces highly regarded
● Strong technical drawing, documentation and fit-out specification skills
● Own vehicle and current driver's licence, with willingness to travel to project sites
● Based in Sydney
● Excellent communication and project management skills, comfortable liaising with multiple
stakeholders
The Details
● Full-Time (38+ hrs/week)
● Based at Warlocks HQ, with regular travel to project sites across the network
