Deli and Fresh Team Members - The Good Grocer Karratha IGA Supermarket

We have exciting opportunities to join our Fresh and Deli department at The Good Grocer Karratha store.

As a Good Grocer Team Member, you will have an ‘of course attitude’, be passionate about food, and in delivering a memorable customer experience and fresh food offering for the local community.

In our Fresh and Deli teams you will be part of a dynamic team that loves food. Leading the fulfillment of our catering orders, and preparing and cooking fresh food, to serving customers with a smile, you will help deliver an outstanding fresh food experience every day.

A variety of shifts are available including weekdays and daytime hours. Afternoon shifts & weekends also available. Full-time and part-time opportunities will also be considered for the right candidate.

All applicants should have:

• A customer focused approach with excellent communication skills

• Previous relevant experience in the food/retail industry or fresh markets is desirable

• You will have food presentation skills/salads/cheeses/hot food experience

• Food safety knowledge

Key responsibilities

• To play a key role in the successful operation of the store

• To ensure the freshness and the service across food & fresh departments

• To deliver an exceptional shopping experience and display an ‘of course’ attitude 

• To undertake all tasks whilst ensuring compliance with all safety standards and requirements in the store
