Intermediate/Advanced Riggers

$65 per hour, casual flat rate Ongoing shutdown work across the PilbaraFIFO from Perth Airport

Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting boilermaking and welding duties on multiple projects across the Pilbara Region.

THE ROLE

Inspect, select, and install rigging gear and lifting equipment.Plan and execute safe lifting and load movement operations.Attach loads using slings, chains, shackles, spreader bars, and other lifting devices.Direct crane operators and doggers during lifting activities.Assemble and dismantle structural steel, conveyors, pipes, and mining plant equipment.Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure lifting gear is maintained and compliant.Work in accordance with site safety procedures, permits, and Australian standards.

About You

High Risk Work Licence (Rigging: Intermediate or Advanced) Happy to assist other trades on a regular basisMinimum of 2-3 years experience in the mining industryPolice Check (or ability to obtain one)White cardProactive, teamwork skills, and high safety standards
