About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our TAS Faculty as a TAS Teacher, commencing Term 1, 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing faculty that values practical learning, innovation and student engagement. The successful applicant will inspire students through hands-on and theory-based learning experiences while supporting the development of practical, creative and problem-solving skills. Applications are invited from educators across all TAS disciplines, including Design, Engineering, Industrial Technology and Computing. The ability and willingness to teach across a variety of these disciplines will be highly regarded.
This is a Permanent Full-Time teaching position commencing 27 January 2027.
The TAS Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs within the TAS Faculty, supporting students to develop practical skills, technological understanding and creative thinking. Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Faculty and across the College, the successful applicant will contribute to curriculum development, assessment practices, student achievement initiatives and the broader co-curricular life of the College. The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to evidence-informed practice and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that foster student success.
