Ambrose Treacy College (ATC) is a leading Catholic Years 4 – 12 boys school located in Indooroopilly with a cohort of 1,250 students. Due to an internal staffing transition, the Principal invites applications from experienced, professional and highly organised administration professionals for the position of:

We seek an experienced and professional administrator with substantial experience who:
Thrives in a fast paced reception as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, visitors, contractors and members of the wider College community, ensuring a professional, welcoming and positive experience for all.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, outstanding professionalism and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external stakeholders.
Has substantial experience managing busy reception and administration functions, including telephone enquiries, email correspondence, records management and office coordination.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of student absence processes, compliance requirements and deadlines in following up unexplained absences as part of our duty of care for students.
Has experience maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Is fully committed to supporting student wellbeing through the provision of first aid as required, medication administration and entering all medical incidents into the required database.
Possesses strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), with strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Takes initiative and works collaboratively as part of a high-performing administration team combined with the ability to work independently.
Assists with College events, parent functions, information evenings and operational projects as required.
Focuses on positive engagement with parents, students, colleagues and the wider school community through upholding exceptionally high standards of professional conduct, integrity and teamwork.
Contributes positively to the Catholic identity, values and culture of Ambrose Treacy College.
Holds, or has the ability to obtain, a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Holds current First Aid and CPR qualifications or is willing to obtain them prior to commencement.
