About the role:

Working within the Used Vehicles team, you will guide customers through one of the most considered purchases they make, building relationships that extend well beyond the handover.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Meeting and qualifying customers to understand their needs, so every conversation leads somewhere meaningful
• Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles in a way that builds confidence and excitement in the buyer
• Negotiating and closing sales while working within dealership processes, giving you a clear framework to succeed
• Following up with prospects and past customers to grow your own client base over time
• Collaborating with the finance and service teams to deliver a complete, seamless ownership experience
• Keeping up to date with current stock so you can speak with authority about every vehicle on the lot

About you:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and finds real satisfaction in helping a customer leave happy.

A bit more about you:

• Previous experience in automotive or retail sales means you already understand how to read a customer and respond accordingly
• A current Queensland driver licence is essential for conducting test drives and moving stock
• Strong communication skills let you explain options clearly without pressure or jargon
• You are comfortable with targets and motivated by the direct link between your effort and your earnings
• Attention to detail when completing paperwork and following compliance steps protects both the customer and the business
