We're at an exciting early stage: building out our client base of small to medium logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing operators across Australia, and helping usher the industry into a new era of robotics and automation, one that's now genuinely accessible to businesses that could never previously afford enterprise-scale automation expertise.

This is a hands on, commission based role where you'll help identify and reach out to small to medium logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing businesses across Australia who could benefit from operational efficiency and automation expertise. This is a genuine opportunity to build real B2B sales and business development experience sourcing leads, crafting outreach, booking meetings, and seeing deals through from first contact to signed engagement, while working directly alongside an industry leader with a rare, proven delivery track record.

What's in it for youCommission on every signed engagement you help originate structure discussed and agreed upfront, paid on deal closeDirect mentorship from a leader with 15+ years running large scale logistics engineering and automation programs Real, resume worthy B2B business development experience, not admin or intern busyworkGenuine flexibility: work around your study scheduleGround floor opportunity: as Logistix.AI grows, so does the scope and reward for early team members including future growth and revenue sharing opportunitiesExposure to the operational and commercial side of the robotics/ automation industry: a genuinely fast growing space in Australia right now
CompensationThis is a commission only contractor arrangement at this stage, there is no base salary. Commission is paid per signed client engagement you help originate, at a rate to be discussed and agreed with successful applicants.
