UON’s business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON’s Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.

About The Opportunity:

As part of our continued growth, UON is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Office Manager to join our corporate team in Malaga, Perth.

This is a high-impact, trusted role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being the central point of coordination for a busy executive office.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to keep Head Office running smoothly, professionally and efficiently, while helping create a welcoming and well-connected workplace for our people, visitors and stakeholders.

• Own the day-to-day operations of UON’s Head Office and make the role your own
• Coordinate executive diaries, travel, meetings, events and key office priorities
• Be a trusted support to the Senior Leadership Team and a key contact across the business

  
What You’ll Own:

• Office management, facilities coordination and workplace presentation
• Executive support, diary management, travel coordination and meeting preparation.
• Event coordination, internal meetings and employee engagement activities.
• Reception oversight, office administration and continuous improvement of office processes.
• Support for internal communications, marketing activities and business-wide initiatives.

  
What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Business/Corporate Administration role; experience supporting a CEO, Board or Senior Leadership Team is highly regarded.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to manage competing priorities, sensitive information and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to bring structure, calm and professionalism to a busy office environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
