Your responsibilities

Working closely with a Lead Sales Agent, you will:

• Provide exceptional campaign support.

• Assist with buyer management and follow-up.

• Conduct open homes and private inspections.

• Attend building inspections and bank valuations.

• Attend listing presentations and pre-sale appointments.

• Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.

• Assist with prospecting activities and database management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.

About you

You don't need years of experience, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to succeed.

You'll ideally have:

• An Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)

• Previous real estate experience (up to 1-2 years) is advantageous but not essential.

• A genuine passion for real estate and sales and motivation to succeed.

• Professional, reliable and committed.

• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other technology.

• Looking to establish a long-term career in real estate sales, not just another job.

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

• Availability to work Saturdays.
