Join the iconic Sydney Opera House as part of our Tourism team, where you'll promote and coordinate world-class tours and experiences for guests from around the globe. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional service to trade partners, visitors, business stakeholders and internal teams, helping every guest feel welcomed, valued and inspired. ARE YOU THE ONE?

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Extensive knowledge of Sydney Opera House tours, experiences, events, building history, and its role within the arts and tourism sectors. 
• Exceptional communication, customer service and relationship-building skills across face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
• Strong sales, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to promote products and secure bookings. 
• Highly organised with excellent time management, planning, administration and cash/credit card reconciliation skills. 
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and contribute to organisational goals. 
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using Tessitura is essential.
