Security Director

Cyber Security Program Director is an exciting role to transform its cyber security capability and maturity to align with its Cyber Security Strategy ensuring compliance to CPS234 including the Third Party Security Management Controls.

As a Director in our Cyber Security team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and stakeholders with the intention to exceed expectations. The role will be working closely with all SMEs within Tech information security, other relevant team and 3rd party.

What are you going to do?

• Ability to define the scope of a project and lead multiple delivery teams and should have project management experience having managed several large projects independently

• Manage the end-to-end scoping, requirements, development, testing and implementation in consistent with banks defined project delivery processes and practices

• Identify appropriate change agents and ensure change management activities are tracked

• Provide regular update, reporting, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all cyber security projects.

• Creating and managing security strategies, framing robust IT security policy and implementation.

• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and major changes to the information security environment.

• Provide project management tasks in areas including data risk, data protection, cloud security and predominately 3rd party vendor management.

• Provide portfolio updates, manage delivery of all projects and comfortable communicating to all levels of the business

• Coach/mentor Project Managers and other Portfolio Management resources, where appropriate

What are we looking for?

• 10 years’ experience in Project Management with good knowledge in cyber security and compliance standards like CPS234, PCI, GDPR

• 5 years of experience in Risk, Compliance & Regulatory in Financial Services is preferable

• Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP

• Should have managed project life cycle implementation experience in one or many Security Technologies or environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience assessing and improving key security controls.

• Experience with Cloud Security is desirable.
