Support Services Manager (Hotel Services)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Support Services team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of Food Services, Environmental Services (Housekeeping), Maintenance, Stores, and Patient Transport, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality services that support exceptional patient care. The role provides oversight of service performance and compliance, contributing to positive patient experiences through responsive, professional, and well-coordinated support services. It drives service efficiency, quality improvement, and effective resource utilisation while ensuring all services meet relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

About You

You are a passionate and collaborative leader with experience managing cross-functional teams within healthcare, aged care, hospitality, or similar service environments. You are committed to delivering high-quality services, building strong relationships, and driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance priorities while supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.

You will also bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational leadership and management of support services within a health, aged care, hospitality, or similar service environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of infection prevention and control principles
• Knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements applicable to private hospital operations (e.g. WHS, food safety, environmental health, and healthcare accreditation standards)
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient/customer experiences and service excellence
