Registered Nurse - Customer Journey

We are now seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Customer Journey team to support residents, clients, and families through seamless, person‑centred onboarding and transitions across our aged care services on a 12-month contract.

About the Role

In this role, you will help shape and continually improve the end‑to‑end experience for residents and their families. As part of the Customer Journey team, you will work closely with admissions, clinical, operations, and care teams, you will champion a culture of empathy, clarity, and exceptional customer service across the organisation.

You will focus on ensuring each resident’s transition into care is smooth, well‑coordinated, and underpinned by strong communication and meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with admissions, operations, and care teams to streamline onboarding and transition processes

• Map, analyse, and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey

• Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement using qualitative and quantitative insights

• Design and implement initiatives that enhance resident, client, and family experience

• Support teams to deliver consistent, person centred communication and service

• Champion a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and customer centric practice across the organisation

• Deliver a coordinated, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary approach to assessment and care planning

• Ensure person-centred care that promotes health and wellbeing

 About You

• An experienced Registered Nurse, you are someone who truly cares about improving quality of life for older adults. You have a warm, engaging communication style and the ability to build rapport quickly. You’re curious, empathetic, and skilled at understanding what matters most to residents and families.

• To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

• Experience in aged care, healthcare, or other regulated environments

• Strong understanding of person‑centred service, ideally in aged care, health, NFP or community services

• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to interpret qualitative feedback to identify themes and improve touchpoints

• Strong organisation and coordination skills

• A compassionate mindset and genuine passion for enhancing resident experience
