Reporting Analyst

Are you someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to help them make informed decisions. We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Richlands QLD.

What you'll be doing
Support client reporting, including liaison, requirements, implementation and maintenance.Respond to stakeholder queries, source data and produce accurate reports.Deliver monthly, ad hoc and operational reports with insights.Understand systems and extract meaningful data.Investigate, cleanse and validate data.Support reporting, systems and process improvement projects.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with training materials as required.Learn varied business tasks and build broad knowledge.Identify and support system and process improvements.
Skills and Experience
Experience in reporting, data analysis, BI or a similar role.Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for reporting and quality data.Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team.Willingness to learn, take ownership and improve processes.
