JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking
for a Program Lead to establish and drive Council’s Enterprise Portfolio
Management Office (EPMO). This role oversees governance, integrated portfolio
planning, delivery assurance and executive reporting across major
transformation and strategic initiatives.
Working with
senior leaders, the Program Lead ensures transparent portfolio reporting,
proactive management of risks and dependencies, and strong stakeholder
engagement. The role is key to embedding contemporary portfolio management
practices that improve delivery certainty, organisational capability and
strategic outcomes.
