Lease Services Specialist - Novated (12 month FTC)

As a Lease Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their lease experience is seamless and efficient. You will manage a range of activities related to novated leases, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Communicating with drivers and employers regarding lease products.
• Processing reimbursements and managing lease finalisations.
• Providing lease options and handling contract renewals.
• Managing salary packaging processes and payroll client coordination.
• Supporting various administrative tasks, including fuel cards, eTags, and registrations.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all correspondence.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of novated leasing, salary packaging, or payroll systems.
• Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
