About the role

We’re looking for a Financial Planner to join our Brisbane‑based advice team in a permanent, full‑time role.

You’ll deliver both general and personal advice to members in the building and construction industry—primarily those approaching or in retirement—across multiple channels including phone, Teams and face‑to‑face appointments at our Milton office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retirement and Advice Strategy, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the member advice experience and contributing to the ongoing development of our advice offering.

This is a rewarding, member‑focused role with time in the office and work from home options.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering high‑quality general and personal advice with a strong retirement focus.

• Supporting member seminars, marketing campaigns and advice implementation.

• Identifying opportunities to improve the advice experience and support member retention.

• Providing mentoring and guidance to general advice representatives and implementation staff when required.

• Managing ad‑hoc member appointments and working comfortably across multiple channels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner.

• Must have appropriate Financial Planning qualifications and successfully completed the Financial Adviser exam. 

• Experience with Xplan will be highly regarded.
