The Role: 

• Manage own client portfolio 

• Manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries 

• Oversee client ATO compliance including IAS/BAS lodgements, STP and superannuation obligations 

• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and financial documents accurately and efficiently 

• Maintain accurate, compliant and up-to-date financial records 

• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure financial data integrity 

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 

• Support clients through reliable bookkeeping and compliance services 

About You: 

• 2+ Years of experience in bookkeeping practices and accounting principles 

• Proven experience with BAS, payroll and ATO compliance requirements 

• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 

• Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude 

• Experience in public practice or client-facing bookkeeping highly regarded
