We’re growing! The Chip Shop by Char Bar is still on the hunt for a motivated Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll work alongside our current Manager, covering opposite shifts to ensure strong leadership and smooth operations across the week.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting a fun, hardworking team on shift

• Cooking and leading in a fast-paced environment

• Managing daily operations, including staff, service, and customer experience

• Overseeing stock, ordering, and cash handling

• Ensuring food safety and workplace standards are met

• Working closely with the management team to deliver consistent results

What we’re looking for

• Previous hospitality or management experience (fast food or quick service environments)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to jump in where needed

• Ability to cook and work under pressure

• Organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet

• Someone who values teamwork and collaboration with other managers
