Are you an experienced shopping centre leader ready to take a visible, hands-on leadership role at a high-profile asset? As Centre Manager at Northland, you will use your strategic and commercial focus to drive performance, strengthen retailer and stakeholder relationships, enhance customer experience and support strong operational and financial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and develop the onsite asset team, building capability, engagement and performance across multiple business functions.
Develop, execute and monitor the centre's Vision Strategy Action Plan, adapting priorities in response to business and market needs.
Drive strong financial performance through budget leadership, income growth opportunities and disciplined cost management.
Partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to support retailer success, customer experience and centre performance.
Oversee operational, health and safety, risk and compliance requirements to ensure effective centre management.

Deliver strategic and financial objectives for a key shopping centre asset.
Create an engaged, high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring and leadership.
Strengthen retailer relationships and support improved retailer performance across the centre.
Influence asset-wide decision-making through strong stakeholder engagement and commercial insight.
Help shape a destination where customers, retailers and the local community can connect and thrive.
About you
You're an experienced shopping centre leader with strong commercial acumen, a collaborative leadership style and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.
Demonstrated shopping centre experience and experience leading teams to achieve strong asset outcomes.
Strong financial management, budgeting, reporting and commercial decision-making capability.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead strategically while maintaining oversight of day-to-day operations, risk and compliance requirements.
A proven track record of delivering strong centre performance, metrics and results.
