About the role
Located right on the harbour at Manly, Manly Precinct is home to Manly Pavilion, The Espy and Las Palmas and we are all about great food, beautiful surroundings and memorable hospitality.
We’re looking for passionate Waitstaff, Bartenders, Event Staff, Team Leaders & Supervisors to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or ready to take the next step in your career, we’re looking for people who bring energy, personality and a genuine love of hospitality.
What you'll be doingDepending on your role, you’ll be part of delivering an exceptional experience across our restaurant, bar and café operations. We’re looking for:
Waitstaff – Deliver warm, attentive service and make every guest feel welcome.
Bartenders – Create great drinks, keep the bar running smoothly and bring energy to the venue.
Events Staff – Help bring weddings, celebrations and events to life, delivering polished service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Team Leader & Supervisors – Lead from the front, support your team and help ensure every shift runs seamlessly.
What we're looking forPrevious hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude is everything
A genuine passion for great food, drinks and service
Positive, energetic and team-focused
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and willing to learn
Availability across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
RSA required for 18+
Work in one of Manly’s most beautiful waterfront locations
