Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, this is a newly created role designed to support the team, relieve pressure, and help elevate overall delivery capability.

The Role
You’ll walk into a role with existing projects ready to go, working across:

• Residential subdivision projects (South East & Northern Melbourne)
• Industrial subdivision developments
• Future projects across Geelong

This position has been created to strengthen the team and allow leadership to focus on growth, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and contribute meaningfully from day one.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Engineer
• Subdivision / land development experience is essential
• Local (Australian) experience required – either within a consultancy or contractor environment working on subdivision/ land development projects
• Strong understanding of site delivery, coordination, and project execution
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
