Lead the delivery of critical building services on a landmark healthcare infrastructure project.

We are seeking an experienced Services Manager (Electrical) to join a major healthcare construction project based in Albury, NSW.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a building services professional with strong experience managing complex electrical and ICT packages within large-scale construction environments. Working closely with the Engineering Manager (Services), you will be responsible for leading the design coordination, procurement, delivery, and commissioning of key electrical and technology services throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

As the Services Manager (Electrical), you will oversee the design and construction management of a major Design & Construct subcontract package valued in excess of $30 million.

Working as part of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination and delivery of all electrical, communications, ICT, security, and associated building services scopes.

This is a site-based role located in Albury, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, procurement, delivery, and commissioning of electrical and technology services packages.
• Lead the coordination and performance of Design & Construct subcontractors.
• Ensure services delivery aligns with project program, quality, safety, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, project engineers, and construction teams.
• Drive design reviews, technical compliance, and constructability outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and issue resolution throughout project delivery.
• Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Scope of Works

The role will oversee the delivery of:

• High Voltage (HV) Electrical Services
• Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Services
• Lighting Systems
• Communication Services
• ICT Services (Passive Infrastructure and Temporary Commissioning Active Network)
• Nurse Call Systems
• Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Duress Systems
• Audio Visual (AV) Systems
• Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
• Hearing Loop Systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing electrical, communications, security, and ICT services within major construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing service packages valued at $30 million+.
• Strong experience in design management and subcontractor coordination.
• Proven capability in delivering complex building services on large-scale projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and project delivery focus.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience delivering hospital or healthcare projects.
• Experience managing multiple building technology systems in live or staged project environments.
