Role:

Become a valuable member of our clients Commercial Team, working closely with the Head of Department on various tasks, including:

• Negotiating and finalising business transactions like leases, asset sales, and share purchases.
• Drafting contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements.
• Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.
• Conducting legal research and compiling briefs for counsel.

We Are Looking For:

• A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Someone with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A detail-oriented professional with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A strong desire to learn and advance your legal career.
