Permanent full-time opportunity to help shape the future of recruitment at Metro North Health. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing how we attract and select top talent by designing innovative recruitment solutions, streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

About you 

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Build hiring manager capability through the design, development and facilitation of recruitment training, including workshops, lunchbox sessions and 1:1 coaching.
• Actively build, maintain and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
• Provide high-level advice and consultancy on complex recruitment matters, including the preparation of briefs, reports and accurate recordkeeping.
• Develop and implement contemporary systems, initiatives and continuous process improvement strategies to strengthen recruitment and selection functions.
