Member Training Administrator

This role is advertised on a full-time basis; however, a part-time arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do: 

• Coordinate training administration, enrolments, assessments and certification activities.
• Maintain accurate training records and student data within aXcelerate and other systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, trainers and stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements relating to training delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across training administration processes.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the Education team through proactive administrative support.

About You: 

• Current Working with Children Blue Card (or the ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within an education, training or member services environment.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.

Desirable:

• Qualifications in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Business Administration and/or Project Management.
• Previous experience in a training administration role within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Experience using a Student Management System (SMS) or Learning Management System (LMS), preferably aXcelerate.
• Experience providing learner, member or client support in an education or training environment.
• Understanding of vocational education and training compliance requirements and training administration processes.
