We are looking for an experiences SeniorServices Manager to provide mechanical services leadership and technical expertise across project design, procurement, delivery and commissioning. Support project teams to achieve quality, safety, programme and commercial objectives while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. Drive innovation, best practice, risk management and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes and business performance.

• Lead services delivery across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and project support.
• Drive design, procurement and commissioning outcomes.
• Build strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Promote safety, quality, sustainability and risk management.
• Lead mechanical services procurement and contractor engagement.
• Identify and implement innovative delivery solutions.
• Support business growth, project pursuits and strategic planning.

• Trade qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification in Engineering.
• Strong experience in services, engineering or construction.
• Past experience in a Services leadership role.
• Proven delivery of services on major construction projects ($500M+).
• Strong experience across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
