What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll help ensure ARB products are accurately picked, packed and dispatched to customers across Australia and around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Conducting stock checks and inventory movements
• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Working collaboratively to achieve daily operational targets

What You'll Bring

Required

• Current LF Forklift Licence Essential (Counterbalance experience preferred)
• LO Order Picker Licence – Highly Regarded
• Previous warehouse, stores or distribution centre experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• RF scanning experience
• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment
