About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our growing team in a full-time position (9 day fortnight roster)

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and families, playing a key role in creating a calm, welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a front-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be managing appointments, supporting patient flow, and keeping the day running smoothly for both our team and the families we care for.

The role is primarily based in our Camden practice, and may require to occasionally work from our Penrith location on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience, duties may include:

• Front desk reception and patient coordination

• Appointment scheduling and patient communication

• Managing phone and email enquiries

• Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for families

• Supporting the smooth day-today running of the practice

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in reception, administration or customer service

• Have experience in a dental or medical practice

• Feel confident managing a busy front desk while staying calm and organised

• Enjoy working with children and families

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Take pride in being reliable, proactive and team-focused

• Are looking for a stable, long-term role where you can grow

• You must hold valid Australian work rights.
