Since 2001, Centacare, a Social Services Agency of the Catholic Diocese of Armidale, has been a vital part of the local community. We provide a wide range of social welfare services to support individuals, families, and the broader community. This part-time role (23 hours per week) plays a key role in enhancing the profile, accessibility and cultural responsiveness of Family Relationship Centre services across the New England and Northwest region.
As the Multicultural Liaison Officer, you will build strong relationships with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, local stakeholders and service providers to promote inclusive and culturally appropriate service delivery.
You will also support staff capability by promoting culturally responsive practice and contributing to the development of service approaches that better meet the needs of diverse communities.
