Manager of Residential Services

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
  
• A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience
  
• Exceptional clinical knowledge and skills 
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  
• The nature of the position requires that the person be willing to work within the mission, vision and values of the organisation
  
• Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of ACFI assessment, care planning, and validation procedures
  
• A strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care related services with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation
  
• Well-developed communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes
  
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office suite – intermediate level
  
• Current unrestricted full NSW Drivers License.
  
• A current Criminal History Check
  
  

• The management of the existing 120 bed ageing in place aged care facility
  
• Driving and maintaining the operational budget of the facility
  
• Staff supervision, training and development
  
• Accurate and timely documentation and reporting systems
  
• Compliance with systems, procedures and continuous improvement activities
