Our client, One of Australia’s largest steel manufacturing company is seeking a machine operator located in Wetherill Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate steel processing machinery including off-coil handling, shearing, lining, and bending equipment.

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move heavy materials.

• Ensure all production tasks meet quality and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Report any equipment issues, hazards, or incidents promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in steel manufacturing or heavy machinery operation is preferred.

• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and other machinery.

• Physically capable of lifting and handling up to 25kg regularly.

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

• Must pass pre-employment medical assessment.

• Must pass police background check.

• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
