About the role

You'll be involved in all aspects of artisan bread production, including mixing and dough development, hand moulding and shaping, managing fermentation and proofing, oven work and baking, maintaining exceptional product quality and consistency, and working closely with the production team to continually improve products and processes.

• Experience in artisan or sourdough bread production
