About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded
FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals. You will play a key role in delivering financial analysis, forecasting and business insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Partnering closely with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business, you'll provide meaningful analysis, identify risks and opportunities, support planning activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities - Support monthly performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to provide insights that inform business decision-making.
- Maintain profitability tracking and analyse financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate commercial needs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and improving reporting processes, analytical tools and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Document and maintain financial procedures, controls and supporting analysis while contributing to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset aligned with Arrotex's PACT Values.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 3-4 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting or a similar analytical finance role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems; Power BI and ERP system experience will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a range of business functions.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, accuracy and managing competing priorities.
