Vets in the Village is a growing independent veterinary practice providing premium care to the St Lucia community.

This is a hands-on nursing role where you'll work across a variety of responsibilities including:

• Surgical nursing and patient monitoring.

• Anaesthetic support and recovery care.

• Hospital patient management.

• Nurse consultations.

• Client communication and education.

• Laboratory and diagnostic procedures.

• Maintaining high clinical and patient care standards.

• A kind, dependable person who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care to pets, clients and teammates.

• Minimum two years' experience as a veterinary nurse or veterinary technician.

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent qualification).

• Strong clinical nursing skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a willingness to perform clinical duties in front of clients.

• Confidence building relationships with clients and supporting them through their pet's healthcare journey.

• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team.

• A genuine desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
