Hayman Recruitment is seeking a Legal EA with a can do attitude to provide support to a renowned Sydney law firm. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day function of two Senior Partners.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

• Extensive diary, email & calendar management
• Drafting correspondence
• Opening & Closing Files
• Liaising with clients
• Preparing briefs to Counsel
• Preparing court-books
• Providing Partners with pre-trial support
• File and Document management
• Filing using Online Court
• Knowledgeable in preparing subpoenas, statements of claim and editing affidavits
• Arranging mediations and appointments with key personnel
• Process monthly billing
• Act as key point of contact for solicitors and provide administrative support

Minimum 2 years experience essential
