The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity is now available for an Inventory Administrator to join our growing team based in Brendale.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, efficient multitasking, confidence working with spreadsheets and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Working as part of a national operation, you will work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams, suppliers, freight providers and management across our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth locations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels and availability across all warehouse locations.
Run, review and maintain inventory and stock movement reports.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.
Track freight and container movements and communicate updates to relevant teams.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies where required.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers and freight providers regarding stock movements and deliveries.
Support inventory accuracy through reporting and reconciliation.
Maintain organised records and follow up outstanding tasks.
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve stock management and administrative processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will ideally have:
Experience in inventory control, administration, or a similar coordination role.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
The ability to analyse information and investigate discrepancies.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
Experience using an ERP, WMS or inventory management system is desirable.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
A positive, professional and proactive approach to work.
