The Role As Senior Test Manager, you will take hands on accountability for defining, establishing, and governing the end to end test strategy across a complex enterprise transformation. Working within a high profile program, you will balance client side quality assurance with rigorous vendor governance. You will oversee all quality gates, defect management frameworks, and release readiness criteria across SIT, UAT, regression, data migration, and production verification phases.

The Tech Stack & Environment

• Core Applications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse

• Cloud & Data Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, API integrations, source to target data migration pipelines

• Tooling & Process: Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans, automated testing frameworks, SQL validation scripts

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in software test management with direct accountability for enterprise quality strategies

• Demonstrated hands on experience leading testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments

• Proven capability in client side vendor oversight, ensuring vendor deliverables meet strict acceptance criteria

• Strong technical testing background including SQL script validation, API integration testing, and complex data migration reconciliations

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across business SMEs, solution architects, and program leadership
