About the role
ECHCS – Empowering Choice, Health & Community Support
ECHCS is expanding in New Farm and we are seeking 6–8 experienced Female Support Workers to join our team. These are casual roles with immediate commencement, supporting a participant with high personal‑care needs.
⭐ About the RoleYou will provide respectful, person‑centred daily support including personal care, hoist transfers, and manual handling. We are looking for workers who bring compassion, professionalism, and reliability to every shift.
✔ Essential RequirementsPersonal care experience
One‑person hoist transfer experience
Manual handling experience
Disability Support qualification (Cert III/IV or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability or aged care sector
Strong person‑centred practice
Respectful, compassionate approach to care
6:30am – 8:30am
11:30am – 1:30pm
5:30pm – 7:30pm
Multiple shifts available each day.
