About the Role
We are currently seeking Speech Pathologists across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services supporting clients across home, school, clinic and community environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
• Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
• Develop functional, goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways
• Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
• A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
