Marketing, Sales & Functions Manager

About the Role:Are you a seasoned hospitality professional who loves creating memorable customer experiences? Round the Way Food Truck Group is seeking a Customer Experience & Functions Manager to be the face of our three dynamic food truck brands. This role covers everything from handling the first customer inquiry to building long-term relationships with clients, overseeing event operations, and developing marketing materials.

About Us:Round the Way Food Truck Group has been a leader in the mobile catering industry for over 14 years. We specialize in delivering high-quality food for festivals, events, and private functions. With three distinct food truck brands under our umbrella, we’re known for our exceptional service, fresh ideas, and vibrant food offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service from inquiry to post-event follow-up.Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events.Develop marketing materials and strategies to help grow our business.Handle function sales and manage client relationships.Plan and coordinate event details, ensuring smooth operations.Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure completion of cleaning schedules.Contribute new ideas and innovative menu items to keep our offerings fresh.
What We’re Looking For:Extensive experience in hospitality, front-of-house, and functions management.A true front-of-house professional with a passion for customer service.Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Great attention to detail, especially with food presentation and safety.A reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual with a fantastic work ethic.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Creativity and a genuine love for hospitality.
Work Hours:Casual role, 25-40 hours per week, with flexibility.
What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $38 to $45, plus Weekend Rates and super.The opportunity to lead and grow with a fun, innovative team.
