Clear Grain Exchange is a leading Agtech business seeking dynamic individuals to join our growing team and establish a career pathway in Cremorne, Melbourne .

About the role

CGX is on a sustained growth path and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

You'll be at the forefront of bringing new customers onto the exchange and servicing existing customers, building lasting relationships, and showing growers firsthand how CGX is changing the way they sell their grain.

If you're a natural communicator who loves connecting with people and exhibits effective persuasive skills, this role was made for you.

Skills and experience

The role would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their sales or business development career looking for a steep learning curve in a dynamic Agribusiness.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Demonstrates initiative, proactive and positive attitude

• Professional, autonomous and composed under pressure

• Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and customer service skills

• Ability to communicate wth strong verbal and written communication

• High attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

Desirable experience

• Experience in agriculture, more specifically in the Australian grain supply chain (from paddock to plate) would be beneficial but is by no means required

• Administration experience will be an advantage

CGX now own and operate igrain, expanding our offering to cover ex farm and delivered markets.  

Our aim is to improve farm gate returns by creating a more efficient market where all supply chain participants benefit.
