About the Role:
We're looking for a efficient and friendly Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our care community and provide crucial support to our team at Carlingford Greens Care Community.

What You'll Do:
Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Need:
Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
