About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will join an established, patient-focused practice supported by experienced clinicians, dental assistants, and a dedicated administrative team. You will have the clinical autonomy to provide comprehensive dental care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are seeking dentists who enjoy practising a broad scope of general dentistry and are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. You should be confident in managing emergency dental appointments, proficient in conducting comprehensive examinations and routine dental cleans, and able to diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive general dental care to patients.

• Diagnosing and developing personalised treatment plans.

• Delivering restorative, preventative and cosmetic dental treatments.

• Performing surgical extractions and other oral surgical procedures (where experienced).

• Performing anterior and molar root canal treatment (preferred).

• Educating patients on oral health and preventative care.

• Building long-term relationships with patients through exceptional communication and clinical outcomes.

• Working collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, oral health therapists, dental assistants and reception staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and complying with AHPRA standards, infection control protocols and practice policies.
