Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and personable bartender to join the team at MINX.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages efficiently
• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced nightclub environment
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and stock standards across the bar
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
• Follow RSA, licensing and venue procedures
• Support opening, closing and restocking duties

Requirements

• Previous bar or hospitality experience
• Current NSW RSA
• Cocktail and beverage knowledge preferable but we will train your skills up as a part of your employment
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working late nights and weekends
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
• Must hold working rights in Australia and be available for trial

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
