We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee front-of-shop operations at our established community Priceline Pharmacy in Griffin.

This role suits someone with experience in community pharmacies who enjoys running a well-organised, patient-focused store rather than chasing aggressive volume targets.

Note: We are not seeking junior pharmacy assistants.
Applications are welcome from Retail Managers or senior Pharmacy Assistants from Priceline Pharmacies with proven leadership experience.

$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience

✔ Experience as a Retail Manager in a community or Priceline Pharmacy (preferred)
✔ Senior Pharmacy Assistants with team-lead may be considered
✔ Strong working knowledge of Fred Office software (essential)
✔ Confident with staff supervision, stock control, merchandising, and promotions
✔ High standards of customer service and presentation
✔ Reliable, organised, and commercially sensible
