Disptach Stock Controller

About the role

QLM LABEL MAKERS' is seeking a motivated and organised Dispatch Stock Controller to join our team in Berrinba, Queensland. This full-time role on day shift . You will play a key part in the efficient operation of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of finished and commerce goods.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate daily dispatch of customer orders

• Booking in freight using approved transport providers

• Ensure correct packaging and labelling of all shipments

• Communicate with all internal stakeholders, providing timely updates & resolving inquiries

• Support the wider warehouse team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• High level computer literacy & current Forklift license

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with an eye for detail

• Physical fitness for lifting, moving goods and materials

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to safety
