Parts Interpreter

Seeking organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our team at Canning Vale Toyota!

 
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, manage sales requests, and provide accurate quotations while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure daily orders are placed on time.
• Support inventory management operations through the timely ordering, receipt, and organisation of parts, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
• Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.
• Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
• Possess and develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
• Work closely with our experienced Parts team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability.
• Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Sound knowledge of automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Parts environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment.
