About the role
EPL International is a successful and growing privately owned Freight Forwarding company based in Matraville. We are currently looking for a highly skilled, dedicated, and hands on Senior Export Operator and Customer Service professional to join our team.
You will be responsible for Air and Sea freight export operations and customer service.
Tasks required include but are not limited to:
Communicating and liaising with clients, shipping lines/airlines, transport operators and overseas agents
Advanced use of CargoWise
Co-ordinating shipments for pickup and delivery by transport providers
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
You must possess: a minimum of 3 years freight forwarding / logistics industry experience, attention to detail, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent written & verbal communication skills (in English), and be a strong contributor to the team.
